This work explores the dynamic brilliance of the peacock through the art of mosaic. The meticulous arrangement of coloured tiles (tesserae) forms the sweeping tail, utilising varying shades of emerald, sapphire, and gold to achieve a breathtaking, shimmering iridescence. The technique emphasizes texture, transforming light into movement across the surface.
